Simple Service Steps:
• Download the service order form
• Fill in number of shears you are planning to ship for service
• Select model, size and number of back-up shears you would like to purchase (Limit: 1 back-up per sharpened shear)
• Fill in contact information making sure to include your physical address
• Select method of payment: Cash, check, credit or debit card, Venmo, Cash, or Zelle
• Email the finished form to us: nvoller1@gmail.com
What happens next:
• Your new mail-in kit and back-up scissors will arrive within a few days
• Place the shears you want sharpened in the mailing envelope or box, seal the package and place the pre-printed label on the package
• Mail the scissors and use your back-up shears while you wait. They're yours to keep!
• The entire process takes about 7-10 days
